Those who believe in God, a Creator, Supreme Being or Cause, Unmoved Mover, Karma Administrator, the Trinity, Allah or Intelligent Design are ready to join Level 2, a place where common ground among different faiths may be shared and appreciated.

Why is this type of belief necessary for advancement to Level 2?

In accordance with the second mission objective of Pure Heart Culture, consider that without some assistance from a parent or caregiver, a baby won’t grow to become a toddler, a toddler to a preschooler. In both cases he or she is dependent on some level of assistance from at least one parent or caregiver. In a similar way, without guidance from our Creator, the created soul doesn't grow to its full potential.

Accordingly, if someone believes there is a Creator, he or she can then open their mind to the possibility that this Creator may communicate with mankind, revealing more than could be understood through reason alone, not only concerning what is right or wrong, good or evil, according to the mind of the Creator, but also the source and purpose of life, and correspondingly, the ultimate destiny of the soul.

There are many sources of support for belief in a Supreme Being or Creator. For example, belief may be strengthened through a sense of harmony or order within creation, a spiritual or supernatural experience, agreement with writings considered sacred, a sense of peace or belonging while involved in a faith-based community or a sense of being able to transcend the material world or circumstances through prayer or meditation. Support may also come through philosophic and/or scientific proofs.

Whether Jewish, Christian, Muslim, Baha'i, Hindu, Rastafarian or simply one who believes there is a Supreme Being or Cause, we hope that those on Level 2 or higher levels will assist those on Level 1. Helping a community member ascend a level by providing educational assistance, whether individually or as a group leader, can help you earn candles. This type of arrangement could inspire users to encourage and strengthen those who are persecuted in areas where freedom of speech and religion are restricted or absent.
